Recently I attended an use-case Session on Ansible……

Introduction

On 28/December/2020 I had a session on how industry use ansible this whole session was only possible because of Vimal Daga sir and Pretti Chandak ma’am many of the technical volunteers the session was given by two domain expertise’s Sreejith Anujanand and Arun Eapensir sir

Some of the key features

Sreejith sir talk what is automation and how it’s used by industry before the pandemic time how industry might use after this pandemic time is over.

Then later Arun sir show many particle regarding ansible that industry use in daily basic and explain each and every concept very deeply and made things very easy even for some one who new to ansible and ansible tower

A list of things that Arun sir teach in their session not in particular order:-

• how the automation work with devops
• how to use ansible in various things including one of the most important and generally one of the most ignored thing not in devops in any fields communication
• how to use ansible with nearly any communication application eg slack, twilio etc. or in more technical term is known as chatops
• takes n number if query and give the answers like this any one can understand it’s very easily.
• explain the concept is very depth that is not directly part of ansible like devops, orchestration etc
• explain CI/CD(Continuous integration and continuous delivery) pipeline and how to integrate with ansible
• how to use and create work flows inside ansible tower to do more complex but easily very manageable chain of automation task
• teach how to use things that is not now a defaults features of ansible tower and make it like this how to make it permanent so that other team member can also use the same thing in future
• how use and create new credentials using ansible tower

Closing notes

In this article I try tell things what I learn in more abstracted way rather than explain each and every concept in much more details way with proper screen shots later in future when I brush up my concept more in ansible and ansible tower I will create a blogs in which write each and every thing in more detailed
